Eric was interrupted by Andy’s phone call, he answered the phone with a hoarse voice.
“Hey, Andy, Lina left. She wanted to divorce me.”
Eric didn’t sleep all night. The moment he spoke again, he choked up. It was then that he realized Lina had no friends here except for a few bookworms. He wanted to find them, but he had no clue.
Andy sighed across from him, they were best friends, he had seen all the hardships they had been through with Lina, he had admired Eric’s courage to stand up against his family, if only he had it, he wouldn’t have missed out on Tammy.
Andy had advised Eric not to play too recklessly, but he always believed that what he was doing was flawless. But in this world, there are no walls that are completely airtight.
“Eric, perhaps, someone knew about Lina’s whereabouts.”
Eric’s crimson eyes suddenly widened, “Yes, and Tammy, she is Lina’s best friend, she must know where Lina is, or they might be together right now.”

Eric finally had a smile on his face. “It’s okay,” he now knew she was in Switzerland. He would definitely bring her back. He could apologize, repent, cut off all ties with Bonnie, he just wanted Lina.
Eric had just stepped out of the door when he saw Bonnie rushing over. Her information was quite well–informed, and she was the first to know about Lina’s departure.
“Eric, where are you going? I’m feeling a bit unwell today, can you take me to the hospital? I’m worried about the child…”
Before she finished speaking, Eric pushed her aside and was about to leave.
“If you are not feeling well, go to the hospital. What’s the use of looking for me?”
