“It is,” Alice spoke sharply, then added like it wasn’t enough, “It’s absolutely worth it.”

A trace of embarrassment crossed Ruby’s face.
“I came here to stop you young people from causing trouble.”
She tried to save face.
But Marvin wasn’t buying it.
“Ms. Randall, you’re acting childish. Do you think I’m here for petty fights?”
Ruby gritted her teeth. “But the car today is the race prize. Mr. Marvin, you can’t expect everyone to like you.”
She suddenly stood beside Eric.
Alice and Eric exchanged a glance.
They knew this was serious since Ruby had switched sides.
Marvin ignored Ruby’s attitude.
“I don’t care what you think. That car’s mine!”

He reached for the keys in Eric’s hand.
Suddenly, he screamed in pain and pulled his hand back.
It just hung there, like it was broken.
Alice, who had looked calm and delicate, moved her hand a bit, a slight smile on her lips.
“Sorry, I lost control of my hand.”
“How dare you touch me! You Nolans will get what’s coming”
Marvin’s face went pale from the pain, looking like he wanted to kill everyone from the Nolans.
Alice kept smiling softly,
“Td suggest going to the hospital right now, or you might lose your hand.”
Marvin wanted to curse, but the wrist pain was too much.
His face darkened. “Fine, let’s go to the hospital!”

Linda saw Marvin’s injury and started planning.

Linda smiled and left the stand.
She quickly called a friend at a hospital to find out which one Marvin was at.
It turned out Marvin was at her friend’s hospital.
She asked her friend to check on Marvin, then rushed off in a cab.
Because of the race, St. Anne Hospital was packed with injured patients and super busy.
When Linda arrived, her friend was still busy, so Linda went looking for Marvin herself.
She headed to orthopedics, and as soon as she entered the hall, she heard a scream.
