I was greatly surprised. “What? He still did that?”
The property management sighed, “That’s nothing. He also took over the parking spot of the owner of Apartment 302 and parked there for two weeks straight. The owner got fed up and blocked his car, so what did he do? He dumped garbage all over the owner’s car! In the middle of summer, it stank so badly!”
I was even more shocked. “Can’t we call the police?”
The property management shook his head and said, “Even if the police come, it’s useless. Just ask him to apologize, but that person’s car is still damaged, isn’t it? It’s really unfortunate. Every time, we, the property management, are caught in the middle and suffer.”
I was speechless and my colleague snatched my phone, saying, “He’s bullying us. You need to step in and do something, right? That jerk is totally out of line.”
The property management said, “I’m not saying we won’t deal with it, but he’s being unreasonable. What can we do? Are you really going to waste your time dealing with him every day? He’s got all the time in the world–he’s a jobless wanderer. You still have to go to work, right? I’m not trying to dodge responsibility, just looking out for you.”
While we were talking, there came a voice from the property management side.
He said, “I have something to do, so I’m hanging up first.”
He hung up the phone directly.
As I listened to the beeping on the other end of the phone, I got more and more frustrated.
My colleague thought for a moment and came up with another solution. “Lilianna, why don’t you call the fire department? There’s so much clutter in the fire exit, and that’s against regulations! The fire department can handle it!”
