I stared at Willow for a long moment without speaking.

“Aria, why are you looking at me like that? Why don’t you kneel and beg for mercy? I might spare your life if you do.”
I sighed.
“Aren’t you curious why no one has come despite you calling for guards so long ago?”
Hearing this, Willow’s expression changed dramatically.
