Adrian was walking towards the stage when he heard the door open. He paused, instinctively glancing towards the entrance.
“You finally showed up.”
He subtly breathed a sigh of relief, but his brow furrowed sharply upon seeing who it was.
It was Jasmine’s lawyer.
The lawyer walked to Adrian, holding up a briefcase.
“Mr. Thorne, Ms. Holt has asked me to give you this,” the lawyer said in a businesslike tone, opening the briefcase and extracting several documents.“This is proof of your marriage to Ms. Bloom in Andorra. This is the fake marriage certificate between on, your cohabitation ends. You are to have no further contact.”

“The division of your entangled assets is complete. My client has returned all your gifts; here’s the inventory.”
“This is evidence of Ms. Bloom poisoning my client, along with the toxicology report.”
This is my client’s miscarriage report.”
“And this is evidence of you sending people to assault my client, causing her severe harm. She can press criminal charges at any time.”
The lawyer tossed the evidence one by one onto the table in front of Adrian, watching his face pale. The lawyer sneered, “Mr. Thorne, if you and your wife behave yourselves and stop harassing Jasmine, she will drop the charges.”
“Furthermore, she wishes you and your wife a long and happy marriage and many children. This flash drive contains some… interesting videos. Mr. Thorne can enjoy them at his leisure.”

guests were shocked, especially Adrian’s friends. Their gazes toward Rosalie shifted. They’d helped a malicious woman deceive Jasmine, leaving them with a heavy sense of guilt.
They looked at Rosalie with hostility.
“This isn’t true! Adrian, don’t believe him. Jasmine is slandering me!” Rosalie’s face flushed. She instinctively threw herself at Adrian, pulling the documents under her body.
Adrian stood frozen, his eyes terrifyingly bloodshot. His muscles tensed as he looked down at Rosalie, coldly saying, “Get away from me!” “Adrian, believe me. I love Jasmine as much as you do. Why would I hurt her?” Rosalie clung to his leg, sobbing uncontrollably.
Adrian stared at her, his eyes like knives, making her flinch and avert her gaze.
‘Get out! All of you, get out!” Adrian roared, overwhelmed by a nameless dread.
Rosalie quickly stood, but before she could take a step, Adrian’s icy voice cut through the air.
“Rosalie, stay.”
Her body trembled violently. She’d never seen Adrian this terrifying.
Adrian had his bodyguards bind Rosalie to a chair and plugged the flash drive into the computer.
The first video showed the room at the Andorra Hotel, capturing him and his friends discussing his marriage to Rosalie through a crack in the
door.
The second showed him taking Rosalie for prenatal checkups, feeding her at the revolving restaurant.
The tenth showed Jasmine alone in a hospital bed, tormented by the pain of losing her baby.
The final video was the one Rosalie had sent her; the one Adrian believed proved she had harmed Rosalie…
When the video ended, a deathly silence fell.
