Obsessive Boy Next Door, Get Lost! Ch 12

Obsessive Boy Next Door, Get Lost! Ch 12
Chapter 12

There was no “talk when I get back” because I was already leaving.

On the day I left, Xavier didn’t come to see me off.

He had to accompany Sophia for a follow-up check.

I didn’t know, I just couldn’t understand why being locked in a bathroom, and locking herself in at that, required a follow-up check.

I was lost in thought in the car.

I heard the driver say to me: “Miss! It looks like someone is chasing the car!”

I looked back and saw a small black dot in the distance.

Getting closer, then further away.

I saw clearly, it was Xavier.

Chasing the car?

Was he trying to act out some idol drama with me?

I turned back and told the driver: “Drive faster, I’ll double your bonus.”

“Whoosh, ” I almost fell backwards.

When I looked back again, I couldn’t even see the black dot anymore.

Do you see, Xavier?

Life isn’t a teen idol drama. This is the gap between you and me, and it will only get wider.

At the airport, I was afraid Xavier would catch up.

I went through security and customs at top speed and sat in the first-class lounge. I finally relaxed.

“Aria.”

I opened my eyes, startled.

Thank goodness, it was my senior, not Xavier.

“Why do you look like you’ve seen a ghost?”

I waved my hand and said, “You’re flying today too?”

“Yeah, my girlfriend has been nagging me to visit. If I don’t go back, who knows what fuss she’ll kick up.”

The senior’s expression had a hint of helplessness, but more of indulgence.

I smiled.

Then I heard my name being called over the broadcast.

“Miss Aria of flight XXXXXX, please come to security checkpoint 1. Your friend is waiting for you.”

“Miss Aria of flight XXXXXX, please come to security checkpoint 1. Your friend is waiting for you.”

“Is that for you?” The senior looked a bit confused.

I put on my headphones.

It’s not me.

Such an embarrassing plot has nothing to do with me.

My headphones were taken off by the senior.

The voice in the broadcast had changed to Xavier’s.

This is the advantage of money.

“Aria, it’s Xavier.”

“I was wrong.”

“You win. My life can’t go on without you. Please, don’t leave. Don’t leave me alone.”

I put my headphones back on.

I didn’t want to hear a single word of this embarrassing chase scene.

After boarding the plane, Xavier kept calling me.

He even sent me a photo of him on a rooftop.

“If you dare leave, I’ll jump from here.”

My choice was to turn off my phone directly.

A waste of life who ties their existence to someone else doesn’t deserve to live.
