The sports car parked in front of the villa, and Andy couldn’t wait to step inside.
Inside was dark and gloomy, Andy turned on the light, but the house remained unchanged.
Only her slippers were missing at the entrance, and Crystal’s things were gradually filling up the living room. The traces of Maddie’s life were slowly disappearing.
Andy felt a strange sense of blockage in his chest as he walked in, hoping that Maddie was just asleep.
He searched room by room like a madman.
In the bathroom, her toothbrush was missing, and only his and Crystal’s towels were left on the rack.

Except for the large furniture, everything else has disappeared.
The dressing table was devoid of her cosmetics, and the wardrobe was also empty.

Andy stood still, his hands trembling uncontrollably.

He picked up the few photos behind him and flipped through them one by one.

Andy held onto the photo tightly, his throat feeling like it was being blocked, making it difficult to breathe.
Looking at these photos, scenes from their past kept flashing in their minds like a slideshow.
Crystal’s appearance made him temporarily detest her presence, but he had forgotten how precious their past relationship had been.

He sat down on the edge of the bed, the watch slipping from his palm. Andy lowered his head, looking at the dial that was shining coldly.
She had really left him completely.
