Danica came into Sherlyn’s room, where Sherlyn was sitting at the bedside doing needlework. She had an old pair of reading glasses on her face while knitting a sweater.
“Grandma, why are you still awake so late?” Danica walked over.
“Dani, you came just in time. Grandma has knitted a little vest for you. Hurry up and try it on to see if it fits.“.
Sherlyn took the final thread and put the little vest on Danica.
“Oh, Madam Hamilton, Mrs. Hamilton is dressed perfectly,” Cordell laughed.
Wayne arrived at the door and heard laughter from inside. He looked up and saw Danica wearing a sleeveless yellow knitted sweater vest. The vest was small, hugging her slender figure, and her pure black long hair was softly cascading down. Her small pointed face was even more delicate and beautiful.
Sherlyn was good at choosing colors, and she picked the most vibrant goose yellow for Danica.
“Grandma, I had clothes to wear. It hurt your eyes to knit clothes for me.”
