Chapter 7
After the auction, everyone stormed out, voicing their frustration loudly.
Their expressions showed their annoyance at being deceived, and before departing, they warned Oliver to watch his back.
They assumed this was merely a spectacle created by our couple due to marital issues, but ultimately, they were the ones fooled.
The wealthy participants were enraged and humiliated, clenching their jaws in anger, eager for a chance to exact revenge later.
Oliver frantically tried to justify himself, but nobody paid attention.
Once it was just the three of us remaining, he appeared to grasp the situation belatedly and turned to gaze at me.
His eyes were as fierce and menacing as a demon’s, filled with a ferocious and bloodthirsty intensity as if he longed to attack me.
Jessica broke down in tears, feeling betrayed by Oliver.
However, at that moment, Oliver focused all his fury on me, ignoring
Jessica.
“Amy, what on earth did you do? You can’t have this much money left. Did you betray me long ago?” he demanded.
“You cheated on me, didn’t you? There’s another man helping you–who is he?!”
I glared icily at Oliver’s repulsive face, feeling my hatred reach its boiling point.

With a pained cry, a bloody gash appeared on his forehead, and bright red blood trickled down his menacing face.
Jessica, horrified, instinctively tried to escape.
Yet, my rage fueled an untapped strength within me. I swung the heavy chain toward her as she fled. It struck her directly, eliciting a scream as

The crowd, having just left, turned back to the doorway, shocked by the violent scene unfolding inside.
Like a woman possessed, I hurled anything I could get my hands on at Oliver.
He yelled frantically, “Someone helps! Where are the security guards? Arrest this woman! I paid for this event you have to protect me!”
Despite his desperate cries, no one came to his aid.
Oliver was completely taken aback. He gazed at me in shock, clutching his injury and lifting his arms to shield his head,
“Amy, I’m your husband! Have you lost your mind?”
I let out a crazed laugh and advanced, gripping his collar with force.
My voice shook with rage.
“Yes, I am indeed out of my mind. Do you still remember that you’re my husband?

I then turned my attention to Jessica, who was desperately trying to crawl
away.
I charged at her, slapping her repeatedly until her face was swollen, and blood poured from her nose and mouth.
Her piercing screams filled the entire hall.
I stood up, seized her hair, and dragged her body over to Oliver.
