As soon as we got out of the car, before even entering the house, Lucas picked me up in his arms.
I was confused in my heart, but my arms skillfully wrapped around his neck.
“You seem very happy?”
His embrace was steady, but I could clearly feel his light steps, which was a sign of his excitement.
“Yes!” Lucas’s eyes curved into crescents, smiling extremely gently.
Getting an affirmative answer, I rested comfortably on his shoulder.

“Will you date me?”
What is this?
I immediately straightened up, looking at him in confusion.
Lucas didn’t mind, just smiling, “Will you agree?”
I frowned for a moment, then quickly relaxed.

“Okay”
Lucas smiled brightly and turned his head to kiss me.
I pressed my finger on his face, pushing away the head in front of me.
“My mom said that when dating, you can’t casually kiss people.”
Lucas was unusually stunned, “You can kiss when dating.”
“No, you can’t.”
“Alright, then let’s just pretend we’re dating, but actually we’re already married, so we can kiss, right?”
“We’re not married anymore, you said you wanted to date.”
Looking at Lucas’s resentful eyes, I smiled faintly.
“Silly.”
lightly pressed my lips against his, separating after a few seconds.
“You can ask me not to listen to my mom, but to listen to my heart.”
Who told me that my love is so faint, I just want to give every bit of it to him.
