Chapter 6 Ambiguous Response
Kendrick’s hand slid into Raclynn’s chest, and he remarked, “Not as big as before.”
Raelynn responded, “How can it be bigger without you squeezing it? Otherwise, if you rub it for me more often in the future, maybe it will be bigger.”
“You’re still as naughty as ever.”
“Don’t you enjoy my playful side?” Raelynn responded.
Kendrick gave a faint smile but didn’t respond. “A woman who acts too naughty isn’t ideal.”
“That’s only because men aren’t good enough. With a strong man like you, I can still be a bit naughty and please you, what’s there to worry about?”
Kendrick took a deep breath, gritting his teeth as he held her waist firmly. “You little troublemaker, have you been with other men while you were in prison?”
Raclynn didn’t reply, only offering a sly smile.
The mysterious and uncertain feeling caused Kendrick’s heart to race.
In prison, things were rarely as clean as they appeared. Aside from the guards, many of the male inmates possessed exceptional skills, engaging in all sorts of activities.
Raelynn was undoubtedly an alluring woman, with a flawless face and figure that left a strong impression.
“Tell me! Have you ever slept with another man?” Kendrick asked again.
Raelynn still didn’t answer but shook her body more vigorously, as if she was the one who needed to vent her desire, not the man in the CEO chair.
Kendrick began to grow more and more frustrated by her silence.
He picked her up and walked into the rest room, pressed her on the bed, and punished her severely, but the woman had no answer except being naughty.
It was obvious that he didn’t want her, and even if she had hooked up with someone big in prison, he had no right to interfere, but she looked like she had other men, which made him feel like he had eaten a fly.
He wanted to take off her clothes, and she had always cooperated in the past, but this time, she didn’t and held on to her clothes and refused to take them off.
He refused to give in to her wishes.
Finally, he stripped her naked. He noticed the scars on her abdomen, making him stop in his tracks. “What happened?” he
asked.
Raelynn smiled openly, put her arms around his neck, and continued to hook his waist with her legs, saying, “It’s just a small
surgery.”
Kendrick recalled that she once mentioned she had had her appendix removed, speaking about it in the same relaxed manner, chuckling softly.
“What exactly happened?”
Raelynn made a playful face, narrowing her eyes as she grinned, her smile shaped like a crescent. “When I was broke, I sold one of my kidneys.”
A cold shiver ran down his spine.
All the warmth he had felt disappeared in an instant, replaced by a sharp pain that seemed to stab straight into his heart, making him flinch.

“No money, so you sell a kidney?” His face twisted in disgust. Is this woman out of her mind?
She spoke of something so serious with such case, as though it were as trivial as popping a pimple.
This was no longer the Raelynn he remembered. She had once been enchanting but harmless in his presence,
Now, whenever she smiled at him, he couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something toxic behind it.
Kendrick stood up from the bed.

Raelynn’s eyes panicked, and she raised her hand to hold him. “What’s the matter? You can’t even take a joke? I slept with a man in prison, got pregnant with an ectopic pregnancy, and had surgery.”
Kendrick took a deep breath, raised his hand, and slapped her in the face.
He pounced on Raelynn like a wild beast, venting his anger and collision wantonly.
He felt as though he was losing his mind.
When she gave him an ambiguous response, his doubts had already begun to grow, hoping she would offer him a straightforward rejection.
Who did she think she was?
Just a pawn in his scheme for revenge.
Why should he even care about the answer she gave?
But if that were true, why had she bothered to respond at all?
“How did that man sleep with you? Huh? Did he put you under his body or pressed you on the table? Or was there someone else hiding in a corner of your prison?”
His eyes widened in disbelief! He couldn’t bring himself to accept it. Even if he no longer wanted her and had her thrown in prison, he would never allow another man to lay a hand on her!
