At the sound of the voice, Alberto laughed and shook his head. “Mr. Reece, isn’t it ridiculous for you to say such things? You were the one who had Raelynn thrown into prison. Have you forgotten that? Now you’re asking me for her?”
Kendrick rushed to the scene as soon as his plane landed, already feeling the strain of the trip and growing impatient.

Kendrick’s gaze locked onto the face before him, and it felt like something sharp was stabbing at his chest. Hatred and jealous jealousy, which had been lurking, exploded in an instant. Without warning, he threw a powerful punch straight at Alberto.
