After hanging up the phone, Alisha quickly wiped away her tears and picked up her identification
before heading out.
But just as she opened the door, she happened to collide head–on with Trevor, who was standing in
front of her door.
Trevor’s neck was covered with numerous hickeys, which caught Alisha’s eye.
Even though Alisha had already prepared herself mentally, at this moment, she silently averted her
gaze.
Her small gestures did not escape Trevor’s eyes, and combined with her slightly red eyes, Trevor immediately made a connection.
He added a hint of warning in his cold tone, “Alisha, whether you like it or not, I was with Hannah.”
“I will marry her in the future, since you live here, you must respect her, and do not say those
absurd things that you used to say before.”
Alisha lowered her gaze and calmly replied, “I understand, Uncle Pownall.”
This title made Trevor particularly uncomfortable.
He lowered his head and took a deep look at Alisha.
He couldn’t remember how long it had been since he had heard that name.
In the
past, when Alisha first moved in with the Pownall family, she sweetly called him “Uncle
Pownall“.
But later, she had other thoughts and always called him by his name, refusing to call him uncle
anymore.
He furrowed his brows and was about to speak, but suddenly a female voice came from behind, shattering the tranquility between them.
“Trevor, my luggage has arrived. Which room am I staying in?”
Trevor quickly snapped out of it and embraced Hannah as she approached him. He gently said, “You like sunlight, and Alisha’s room faces south, with the best lighting. I’ll have her move to the guest
room, and from now on, you can stay here.”
Hannah laughed triumphantly, but pretended to be hesitant in her words, “How can this be appropriate?”
“Compared to Alisha, after all, I am the one who came later, so maybe I should go stay in the guest
room.”

After speaking, Hannah was about to walk downstairs when suddenly she exclaimed,
Trevor held her in his arms and said, “You will be my wife in the future, the hostess of this house. How can you stay in the guest room?”
“But Alisha has been living in that room for so long, will she be able to adjust if she suddenly has to
move?”
Upon hearing this, Trevor glanced at Alisha. “What bad habits?” he asked. “She always has to get used to the fact that I am married, get used to having a hostess in this house, get used to being just
an outsider herself.”
Alisha’s eyelashes trembled slightly, as she pulled out a self–deprecating smile.
Are you an outsider….
Yeah, he was right. She was indeed just an outsider.
Alisha said, “I am packing my things now and moving to the guest room.”
Anyway, soon she would leave and go back to Frankie, never to return here again.
Here, it was just Trevor and Hannah’s home.
Over the next few days, Alisha went to the embassy to handle the procedures, leaving early and returning late every day, just to avoid meeting Trevor.
But no matter how she tried to avoid it, she still witnessed Trevor’s intimate affection towards
Hannah.
Hannah had a poor appetite, so Trevor spent a lot of money to hire various famous chefs to come to
their house and cook for her.
Hannah was feeling unwell, so Trevor canceled a billion–dollar contract and wholeheartedly stayed
at home with her.
Hannah casually mentioned a piece of jewelry, and within ten minutes, Trevor would personally
deliver it to Hannah.
Alisha quietly witnessed, without making any noise.
While waiting for the immigration procedures to be approved, Alisha started packing her belongings.
She first unpacked her luggage, then put all the love letters she had written to Trevor and the sketches she had drawn into a box, and carried it out to prepare to throw it away.
Alisha had just reached the door when she accidentally bumped into Trevor, who was coming back
with desserts for Hannah.

Alisha pretended not to see him and walked straight ahead without looking.
In the next moment, her suddenly hurt, and Trevor grabbed her hand.
“Have you been avoiding me these past few days?”
