After Seraphina said her final words, she didn’t spare Cassian another glance.
She simply took Zayden’s hand and got in the car.

From the rearview mirror, Zayden could see Cassian breaking down and collapsing to the ground. He couldn’t suppress the smile tugging at his lips.[]
