Chapter 9
She remembered the divorce agreement she had seen on the table that day and looked up at Kaleigh across from her.
I heard from the servant that Kaleigh came back and also saw the divorce agreement, but she didn’t
take it seriously and directly tore the document into pieces and threw it into the trash can.
She bit her lip and looked at Dorian beside her, who was calmly drinking porridge, as if he hadn’t heard what they were saying at all.
Her sister had been hoping for Dorian for so many years, and now Dorian also has the intention to turn back. Victor has also divorced and withdrawn, so logically her sister should be happy.
Gabriela turned around and looked at Kaleigh, her brows furrowed slightly, seemingly displeased with Victor’s prolonged absence.
Thinking of Victor, she felt a surge of resentment in her heart.
She left, causing her sister to be disturbed.
After dinner, Dorian was assisted by the servant to go upstairs and rest.
Gabriela looked at Kaleigh, who was still sitting in the same place, and thought for a moment before speaking.
“Sis, when are you going to give Dorian a title? I’ve been hoping for him to become my brother–in–law for many years.”
