I didn’t explain, Tatiana wasn’t hit by me.
He simply asked him, “Why did you give my script to Tatiana?”
Jared’s eyes turned cold. “What script? Didn’t I tell you not to be so driven by ambition? It’s just a script, anyone can make a film, right? Didn’t we agree that you would gradually withdraw from the entertainment industry and come back to be a spouse and parent?”
I turned my head around, tightly clenched my fists, and my nails almost sank into the palms.

Tatiana looked aggrieved, “Jared, I just thought you were too tired and wanted you to rest properly…”
Up until now, the assistant dared not hide the truth any longer and quickly interrupted Tatiana, saying, “Madam, Mrs. just called on the phone. Ms. Bryd’s assistant stopped me from calling you, saying that you and Ms. Bryd were taking a lunch break and that no one should disturb you.”
Tatiana still wanted to explain that it had nothing to do with her and that the assistant had acted on his own. However, Jared was not in the mood to listen to her cunning arguments anymore and had already left.
