Chapter35
As they sat down.
Gregory and Natalee sat on one side, while the middle–aged man and the beautiful woman sat on the other.
The middle–aged man had one arm around the long–haired beauty and used his other hand to flip through the menu, smiling as he asked her what she wanted to eat.
Charlotte stiffened all over, staring straight at Gregory.
Natalee was attentive the whole time, carefully helping Gregory set his utensils and pour water. Even though there were waiters nearby, she insisted on serving Gregory herself.
After they finished ordering.
Gregory looked up and saw Charlotte as well.
Their eyes met, and a strange emotion flickered in both their gazes.
“Lottie, what are you looking at?”
“Oh, nothing.” Charlotte withdrew her gaze and stopped looking at Gregory.
He and Natalee were acting so intimately; they must be in that kind of relationship.
No wonder there were never any rumors about him–he had a gorgeous woman hidden away.

“Mr. Bradford, Ms. Lindsey, your food is here.” The waiter arrived with exquisite dishes.
Charlotte absentmindedly replied, “Thank you.”
Timothy, sensing something odd, followed Charlotte’s gaze and glanced back.
When he saw Gregory sitting in the booth next door, his whole body tensed, and a surge of hatred and jealousy welled up inside him.
But he didn’t dare ignore him, so he forced himself to walk over and greeted him with feigned enthusiasm. “Gregory, what a coincidence! Are you dining here with friends as well?”
“Mm.” Gregory gave him a cold glance, then looked at Charlotte with an even colder, jealous expression.
She was actually hanging out with Timothy again, not learning her
lesson.

Had she already forgotten?
She had clung to him, calling him ‘husband‘ in a moment of passion, and he had already agreed.
In his mind, their relationship was already official. It was just that he had been too busy with work to see her lately.
Had she really rekindled things with her ex–boyfriend?
Damn it, he was going to have to teach her a lesson tonight.
After greeting Gregory, Timothy immediately noticed that the middle- aged man was actually an investor from the Lozano Group–a highly successful investor whose ventures had never lost money.

He was Freyburn’s living god of wealth, and everyone wanted to hitch a ride on his coattails.
“Mr. Livingston, hello. I’m Timothy Bradford, Mr. Bradford’s nephew. It’s a pleasure to meet you.” He quickly extended his hand, eager to shake hands with Kelvin Livingston.
If he could get in with Kelvin, he would never have to worry about finding investors again.
Kelvin politely shook his hand. “Hello.”
“Mr. Livingston, here’s my business card. Would you mind giving me one of yours?” Timothy quickly handed over his card, carefully asking for Kelvin’s in return.
Kelvin didn’t take the card and replied indifferently, “Sorry, I’m all out of business cards.”
As a walking vault, countless CEOS and business owners were desperate to get to know him.
Someone like Timothy, who wasn’t even in the same league, wasn’t qualified to make his acquaintance.
Timothy stood frozen, his fingertips turning white as he gripped the edge of his business card.
Kelvin had already looked away and was now affectionately cutting steak for the long–haired beauty beside him.
“Gregory, Mr. Livingston, please enjoy your meal. I’ll head back now.”
“Mm, go ahead!”
Timothy slunk back to his own booth, his self–esteem once again trampled
