“Mr. Bradford, this toast is to you.”
Gregory wasn’t in the mood to drink with these people. He dropped his glass and said coldly, “Excuse me.”
Then, he strode toward the dance floor.
Bewildered, the business tycoons exchanged a glance. Someone said,
afraid, “Did we say something wrong and anger Mr. Bradford?”
“Huh? H–How is it possible? We didn’t say anything offensive.”
Gregory pressed through the crowd.
Sensing his cold aura, people made way for him.
Standing there with fierce eyes, he stared at Charlotte and Timothy, who were still twirling, and demanded, “Timothy, the banquet is about to begin. Shouldn’t you be entertaining guests? Why are you dancing?”
Timothy paused. A trace of annoyance flitted across his eyes.
He knew Gregory was picking on him, but he didn’t dare to defy him.
With a faint smile, Charlotte withdrew her hand gently and said, “Do
your thing. We can talk next time.”

“Lottie, can we eat together tomorrow?”
Charlotte smiled, “I’m not sure. It depends.”
Timothy wanted to say something else, but the menacing look in
Gregory’s eyes made him give up. He forced a smile and said obediently, “Uncle Gregory, I’ll go entertain the guests immediately.”
