At that moment, someone pushed open the door and entered the meeting room. It was Kamron who followed that man!
All the board directors stood up in astonishment and stared at Kamron. In
their eyes, Kamron was not only an A–list star but also the second son of the Montoya family!

“Mr. Montoya, don’t get it wrong. I wasn’t referring to you,” Waylon hastened to apologize.
Sandra also hurriedly touched up her makeup and got ready to greet Kamron.
But Kamron just ignored nobody and turned his face to look at Mariana. “I think your proposal is awesome. I’ll sign it.”
“Great!” Mariana smiled.
Kamron deliberately crinkled his nose and glimpsed Waylon dismissively, saying, “But this room really stinks. We’d better go somewhere else.”
Mariana smiled and reached out her arm, saying, “Let’s go to the meeting room next door. We’ll talk about the details and sign the contract.”
They were about to get out of the door when Waylon stopped her.

Waylon indicated with his eyes, and his subordinate also chimed in, “That’s right. Ms. Mariana, you can’t afford to offend Mr. Montoya! If you get into any trouble, the Mueller Group will bear the consequences in the end!”
Mariana turned her head calmly and looked at Kamron. “Since you like my proposal, would you please give me a discount in terms of the endorsement fee? And I’ll set the price. What do you say?”
Kamron immediately chimed in and nodded. “No problem.”
Watching them as they left, Waylon was dumbstruck.
He felt as if Kamron had been enchanted by Mariana.
“How can Mariana know the Montoyas?” Waylon frowned in confusion.
Actually, Sandra was perplexed too. She whispered to Waylon’s ear, “How can it be? I bet she got to associate with him because Ralph asked her to help me facilitate the cooperation with Kamron.”
“Oh!”
Waylon nodded. That made sense then. After all, even he couldn’t get in with the Montoyas after spending decades in the business.
“It doesn’t matter.”
Waylon comforted Sandra, “When Ralph secures his footing in the McKinney Group, he’ll definitely help you.
“Ive also heard the wife of Lyndon–the one Mariana targeted–is tight with the Global Gala’s chairperson. With them working against her, Mariana’s chances won’t look good!”

Waylon patted Sandra’s shoulder and said, “By then, what Mariana has for now will be yours!”

Mariana succeeded in having Kamron speak for the Mueller Group at a low cost on one condition this men’s perfume must reach Kamron’s agency’s standard in terms of quality and originality. If not, the contract would be rendered void automatically.
Mariana knew that the Montoya Group wouldn’t fall into her trap easily. But this was also a drive to her success. And she had confidence in herself too.
Shortly, a secretary knocked on the door, saying that Ralph and Sandra were waiting outside and wanted to see her.
Mariana raised her brows and nodded, thinking, “They came just in time!”
