As soon as these words were spoken, Bryan’s hand that was holding her arm tightened abruptly.
Hailey, on the other hand, remained calm and said, “Is that so? Then we must be destined.”
As the scene cooled down, the people around immediately became lively and active.
A group of acquaintances gathered together to drink and play games, making a lot of noise.
Hailey didn’t know anyone and didn’t like to join in the fun, so she sat on the sofa.
Although Bryan was standing next to her, his gaze was constantly fixed on the table on the left.
She followed his gaze and saw Caroline, who was having the most fun.
At first, he restrained himself, but when Caroline picked up the glass in front of her, he couldn’t sit still anymore. He suddenly got up

“Are you allergic to alcohol and still drank? Are you crazy?”

were dating, he only had eyes for you, my dear.”
Upon hearing these words, Bryan instinctively turned his head and glanced at Hailey. His face immediately darkened, and he sternly reprimanded, “If you’ve had too much to drink, sober up and stop talking nonsense here!”
Several people were startled by this sound, their faces turning pale. It was then that they realized Hailey was here, and they quickly
tried to smooth things over.
“Drink less, the game hasn’t ended yet!”

The frozen atmosphere at the scene returned to normal.
After suppressing the emotions welling up in his chest, Bryan returned to the side of the couch and picked up the juice on the table, handing it to the person next to him.
Hailey said nothing, asked nothing, took the cup and sipped a few sips.
