From the very beginning, meeting with Natalia had been a mistake. But a part of me thought of it as a blessing in disguise. If I hadn’t agreed to talk to her, I would never have discovered that Grey had been cheating on me for the past two years.
It felt as if cold water had splashed in my face, pushing me back into awakening and reality. There was never an “us,” and perhaps there will never be. Natalia had won the game from the very beginning. She had won in life and captured my husband’s heart as well.
