In the security footage, I stood there frozen,my eyes red with tears and did not say a single word. The look on my face was filled with disappointment and hurt.
Ken abruptly shut off the video He choked and his body shook His eyes were bloodshot and his knuckles turned white from clenching his fists.
He had personally sent away the woman who had loved him wholeheartedly into a bottomless pit.When she had already broken and bruised, he asked, “Why are you so uncultured?”
I finally walked away and it was all because he kept ignoring me hurting me over and over again until I lost all hope
Ken cried. He had never cried like this before it was not sadness or remorse,but total self–blaming and losing everything He had lost me. Completely.Forever.
The next morning,a depressing pressure covered the whole office.
Ken stepped into the office with cold eyes. He pressed his lips into a tight line.No one dared to greet him.
At ten o’clock in the morning Hazel walked into the office with a cup of coffee She was still smiling and acting like a spoiled kid as usual “Ken here’s your coffee…!

The hot coffee arced through the air and landed squarely on her chest and she screamed, “Ah Hot!”
Ken’s eyes did not change as he looked at her coldly. “Hot?So you know it’s hot now?”
“What are you doing?!“Hazel stared at him with wide eyes. Clearly she was shocked he would treat her like this.
Ken lurched to his feet and threw a slap on her. The force was strong enough that she fell to the floor.
Outside the office, many people were watching but the air had turned icy cold.
“I treated Emily like garbage just because I listened to you “Ken said coldly “You said she splashed coffee on you and I scolded her and hit her. You said she was unreasonable and I doubted herpushed her away and as a result..?”
He marched toward Hazel and towered over her
“You were the one who splashed the coffee You You made up so many lies just to make me misunderstand her?“!
