Hazel never said anything outright,but whenever she playfully brought up her dad’s company,she always used words like we and don’t worry.
Ken’s heart is in turmoil and his knuckles are white as he grips his cell phone.

To be honest if I were still that wide eyed girl fresh out of college who still believed in fairy–tale love. I might have fallen for someone like him.
