Agatha stood in front of the curtain, blocking the view.
“Don’t look! Don’t look!” she yelled.
Richard pushed her aside and stared at the curtain, clearly shocked by what he saw.
One of the servants couldn’t hold back as he said, “This isn’t everything. I saw Mrs. Blackville abusing the young Mr. Woodward earlier, but I didn’t take any pictures.”
“But Mrs. Blackville became more and more violent, so I decided to take photos in case I needed them later.“}
Agatha, furious, rushed at the servant and tried to hit him, shouting, “You’re so nosy!“}
However, Richard then grabbed Agatha and slapped her hard.
She was stunned, covering her face and asked, “Did you just hit me?“}
“Yes, I did!” Richard replied, heartbroken.
“I thought you were kind and gentle. I saw you yell at Thomas a few times, but I thought he was the problem. Who would have known you were this cruel to a child? Are you even human?“}
“It was Thomas! He cursed me, saying I should die. I was so angry!” Agatha tried to defend herself.
I couldn’t listen anymore. I stood up and slapped her hard.
“You dare to accuse Thomas when you’re about to die?”
“You hit me, too!” Agatha cried.§
I slapped her again and coldly told her, “Who do you think you are? I can hit you if I want to.”
Agatha’s face instantly swelled from the blows. Andrew, seeing the situation wasn’t going well, tried to sneak away but was stopped by my guards.
“Where do you think you’re going?“}
The guards pushed him back and he knelt in front of me.
“Thomas, I was wrong. I shouldn’t have let you serve me. I shouldn’t have treated you like that.”
He bowed his head, repeatedly apologizing, “I’m nothing. I’m just a fool. You can treat me however you want.“>
I turned to my brother, asking him, “Thomas, do you want to play the puppy game?”
Before Thomas could speak, Andrew immediately let himself lie down on the ground.}]
“I’m a puppy. I’m a puppy! The young Mr. Woodward can ride me however he wants!“}]
I kicked him aside.
“You’re not even worthy of being my brother’s dog.“}]
“How about this? You carry my men on your back and crawl around the yard ten times. If you can do that, I’ll let you go.” Andrew looked at my strong men and began sweating.
“If you can’t do this, I’ll send you abroad.“}
“I can do it! I can do it!” he said, panicking.”
Andrew crawled over to my men. “Please, get on me.“}
The men immediately climbed on him, pressing him into the ground.}]
It took Andrew a lot of effort to get up, crawling slowly.
“Your dog runs too slowly. Looks like he needs another beating,” I said, picking up a whip and handing it to one of my men.
*If he’s slow, whip him. Don’t let him get lazy.”
The men raised the whip and struck Andrew hard on the backside. He screamed in pain.
Agatha grew more panicked, asking, “What do you want from me?”
“I should send you to the police,” I said.”
“You’re suspected of abuse and intentional harm.“}
“But since you’re pregnant, you’ll probably be out on bail soon. I don’t want you to live so comfortably.”
Richard stared at Agatha’s belly and then said, “I want a paternity test.“}
Agatha’s legs went weak and she collapsed to the floor, looking guilty. Nevertheless, Richard had someone take Agatha’s blood, though she fought against it.
‘Don’t touch me!‘ she screamed.”
I had someone hold her down and we took her blood. After that, Richard sent both samples for testing, making sure to speed up the process.
