The basement was pitch black and I relied on my phone to tell the time. I watched Afro post on Instagram Stories and made a caption on it, “I’m lucky. My baby is safe and I thank my husband for saving me.“}
In the nine–square grid, Richard fed Afro soup, combed her hair and knelt on one knee to put on her shoes.
I sneered and clicked a thumbs–up, “Forever!“}
Just as my stomach growled and my whole body was sore and weak, the basement door suddenly opened. I was about to speak when four red eyes appeared above. My heart tightened and I hurriedly stepped back, “Security!“}
The only response I got was an empty echo. The two wolfhounds heard the sound, jumped down with a whoosh and pounced on me with a tail swing. II dodged and hid behind the shelf and hurriedly called Richard.”
This time the call was connected,
“Richard, save me!“}
“What? You are scared now. I should have locked you up for two days. Kneel down and apologize to Afro. You have to promise not to provoke her again and I will let you go.“}

I kept kicking and punching the dog’s mouth on my body. I kept feeling severe pain in my buttocks, calves and abdomen. My strength gradually weakened and the severe pain stimulated me to tremble all over.
The wolf dog on my body opened its mouth and jumped away. It pounced on me again, biting my ankle fiercely.}
A warm feeling came along my thigh and I felt a piercing pain in my abdomen. A blood was flowing under my body. My eyes went black and the basement opened in a blur. Two figures rushed towards me in the light.
“You beast, get out of here!“}
A warm look embraced me, “Quinni, wake up. Mom is here.“>
Looking at my mother’s clear eyes, I suddenly burst into tears, “Mom!”
