The surroundings were pitch black In the faint gloom, one could just barely make The man stood tall and broad–shouldered, his powerful silhouette betraying a certain lustful tension even in the shadows.

“All right, enough talking, the Old Master’s voice rang out, clearly irritated. “Wait till the power comes back on. How did it just go out like that, huh?”
It was late. He just wanted a peaceful night’s sleep.
These kids were going to be the death of him.
“Dad, that Amanda is absolutely shameless. The blackout must be her doing–just so no one could see her face. You have to kick her ou Dad!” came a shrill voice.
Amanda sneered. That had to be Delphine.
“Great–Grandpa” a childish voice piped up. “I promise I won’t mess with Uncle again. Please let us move back into the main house. I won’t call him a blind bat anymore, I swear.
It was Charlie, trying to plead his case. The rooms in the back courtyard weren’t nearly as comfortable as the main residence.
“Charlie, stop talking nonsense!” his mother scalded, yanking him aside and quickly covering his mouth
The Old Master snorted coldly but said nothing.
Then Barry’s voice floated through the darkness:
“Grandpa.. I was wrong too tonight. Auntie told Nanny Emma to ask me to meet her in the back garden. I just wanted to see what was going on, but the moment I got here, she threw herself into my arms. I.. I couldn’t help myself. We hugged. I’m sorry. Please don’t be too harsh on her.”

Amanda almost laughed out loud in disbelief. She’d seen shameless people before, but never quite like this–what a ridiculous white- lotus act from a man!
Benjamin glanced sideways at the woman behind him. For her to survive here while he was unconscious, she clearly had some tricks up her sleeve.
“Young Master Barry, it wasn’t me! Why are you doing this to me?”
The girl crouched on the ground suddenly stood up, her voice trembling
“I was only walking in the back garden for some fresh air. Why did you assault me? The moment you saw me, you threw your arms around me and said, ‘Amanda, I knew you’d come. I just want to cuckold my uncle. No matter how beautiful you are, with his cold. personality, he’ll never truly love you. Come be my secret lover–I’ll treat you well”
“Why why would you say such things?”
A strange voice–completely unfamiliar–rang out in the dark.
Harry’s flawless face cracked instantly. His pupils shrank in shock, panic creeping across his features.

“I’m the new maid,” the girl sobbed, her voice rising with grief. “Young Master Barry, how could you do this to me? You ripped my clothes and kissed me–how am I supposed to face anyone ever again!!”
Her cries were heartrending, her shoulders trembling violently.
The crowd was stunned.

What the hell was going on?
Even Barry was frozen in shock!
Delphine was completely blindsided. Her son had tried to frame Amanda, and she had seen Amanda coming here–how had it turned into someone else?
“No! That’s impossible! I saw it with my own eyes–it was Amanda!” Barry shouted, blood rushing to his head. How had everything flipped upside down?
“It’s her! It’s Amanda trying to frame my son! Where is she?! Find her for me right now!” Delphine was in a frenzy. One disaster after another–her heart couldn’t take much more of this
The Old Master seemed to finally understand what was going on.
“Delphine, are you feeling unwell lately?” he said, his voice laced with sarcasm. “Thinking about a nice, long vacation in heaven?”
“No–Dad, I’m telling you the truth! It was Amanda seducing Barry! I saw it with my own eyes! Nanny Emma can confirm it!” Delphine voice cracked with desperation.
Still, Amanda stood silently behind Benjamin, saying nothing.
She wanted to see how would Benjamin handle this?
A voice like cold steel cut through the night:
“So what you’re saying, dear sister–in–law… is that you want to pin tonight’s scandal entirely on my wife?”
The pressure in his voice was suffocating, like a storm on the verge of breaking.
