Chapter46
And although the Schrader family didn’t really believe it when Gustav said Erwina’s cooking was great, there was one thing for sure.
Wina and Commander Mullen got along really well!
This was way more important than whether Wina could cook or not!
The meal was finally over, and Erwina had to go with Gustav onto the flyer under her family’s loving gaze.
After getting on the aircraft, Gustav told Victor to set the destination ast the mansion, then sat down in the chair and closed his eyes a little.
Erwina: “Commander Mullen, when we get back, should I make you some hangover soup?”
“Why don’t you call me Gus anymore?” Gustav looked up at her, still with that cool, distant look.
But that aggrieved tone, how come it sounded so much like Gus!
Erwina realized she still liked Gus. So, she couldn’t keep distancing herself from this kind of Commander Mullen.
Erwina tried asking, “You don’t talk about what happened during rut, do you not remember?”
“Remembered some.”
That’s way too conservative. Which ones are some?

And those things that happened during rut… Erwina’s cars also got a little hot. Who knew how much he actually remembered.
But since this big shot was still a bit tipsy… the aged whiskey treasured by the Schrader family used the same recipe as that classic distillery back in the day. The alcohol content was strong and rich. In the interstellar age, it was so rare it was almost a luxury.
And Gustav just drank so much again!
Erwina had to give in, “Alright, from now on I’ll just call you Gus in private, okay?”
In front of so many people, she kinda couldn’t say it out loud.
Gustav didn’t seem too happy, kind of frowned a little, but didn’t say anything, just sat there with his eyes closed, resting.
The aircraft quickly stopped on the mansion’s platform, and the housework robots were busily working everywhere in an orderly way.
Victor fluttered his little wings and said, “Mrs. Mullen, could you please help the master to the bedroom to rest, yeah, the same room you guys rested in before.”
“Alright.”
Luckily, Gustav wasn’t really drunk and still knew to go along with Erwina inside. Otherwise, Erwina couldn’t have helped up the tall commander.
Victor was lying next to me, his electronic eyes squinting into a line.
Master, I could only help you this much!
Erwina helped Gustav into the bedroom. The moment they came in, she

almost instinctively remembered that the last time she was here, it happened to be when Gustav’s rut broke out.
He pinned her against the wall, calling her sis while kissing her…
Erwina shook her head right away and quickly pushed that romantic. image out of her mind.
She just wanted to help the person lie down by the bed as soon ast possible.
Then quickly left.
So, when Gustav sat down by the bed, she took two steps back and said, “Gus, I’ll go make you some hangover soup. You’ll feel better after drinking it.”
After the gentle touch around him disappeared, Gustav felt a bit down.
But when I heard Erwina was going to make hangover soup for herself, that little moment of disappointment was filled up with warmth again.
“Okay.”
Erwina finally got out of that room, and she let out a big sigh of relief.
No way, even though they were already married and so close, every time in front of Commander Mullen, she still got really nervous.
I guess, in the whole United Empire of Planets, no one wasn’t nervous in
front of Gustav.
Vietor fluttered his little wings and flew over. When he saw Erwina come out, he froze.
“So fast?”

Erwina said, “So fast? Oh right, Victor, where’s the kitchen? I’ll make a bowl of hangover soup for the commander.”
Victor paused for a second and didn’t dare to keep talking about whether it was fast or not, and immediately led Erwina to the kitchen.
Erwina got to the kitchen, looked at this really spacious kitchen, it was even bigger than their kitchen at the Schrader Restaurant, and all kinds of equipment were there too.

But everywhere spotless, like new.
Erwina asked, “The commander didn’t usually use this kitchen, right?”
Victor: “The master just never used it.”
Erwina:
Such a big kitchen with all kinds of cooking equipment, and it was just for show?
It was such a waste!
The kitchen wasn’t just unused, even the fridge and freezer were empty.
Luckily, Interstellar Express was really convenient now. Erwina quickly made a list of things she needed and told Victor to place the order.
But Gustav wasn’t drunk. He just rarely drank, so his body needed to get used to the taste of alcohol.
