Chapter 8
When David and Kelly announced online that their child was missing for the second time, nobody on the internet took them seriously.
“These two think we’re fools! If their child is truly missing, why aren’t they contacting the police instead of turning to us for help?”
“I spotted a man and woman on the street wearing signs to find their child. They looked utterly miserable.”
“If your child is lost, you should be out searching, not asking us for sympathy! If worse comes to worst, you could always have another.”
“I believe they’re just pretending. The child isn’t missing at all.”
At that moment, I was live streaming, and David was fuming in the
comments.
“Amy, did you take my son? Women are the worst!”
Kelly added with her usual sweet–and–fake tone, “Amy, weren’t we once best friends? You even promised to be my child’s godmother. Now that he’s missing, how could you not help look for him–and instead go live? Don’t you have a conscience?”
I stayed silent. Online users flooded David and Kelly with insults in the comments, prompting them to quietly exit the live stream.
Eventually, the police located Timmy. Ironically, he had been napping at home the whole time. David and Kelly faced another thirteen–day detention for filing a false police report.
Netizens burst into laughter. “This is hilarious! Are they addicted to false

reports? Heard they got another 13 days in detention.”

I enjoyed a brief period of calm until David and his group were released from the police station.
Timmy called me on his smartwatch, crying, “I disappeared for three days, and no one in my family even cared to find me… I wish you were my mom.”
His words sent chills down my spine, bringing back memories of a past life.
Timmy had once rejected me, even going so far as to deliberately pour boiling water on me, resulting in burns on 30% of my body.
I grinned and said, “That’s unbelievable. You have to make them regret it.”
To my astonishment, Timmy discreetly swapped their lubricant, causing David and Kelly to get stuck together once more.
This time, a kind stranger shared the incident online.
Due to their two false reports, people on the internet quickly recognized them and even unearthed the first video of them stuck together for comparison.
At the hospital, the doctors and firefighters were at a loss. The injuries from their first incident hadn’t yet healed.
For three days and nights, they struggled to find a solution, ultimately deciding on surgical intervention.
When Mary heard that David had lost his manhood, she fainted immediately.
David felt compelled to message me.

At first, I was reluctant to visit, but after seeing the viral videos online, I quickly applied makeup and headed to the hospital.
Upon my arrival, David shot me a venomous look and said, “Amy, you witch! I knew you swapped the lubricant.”
Without a second thought, I kicked him in the groin, causing him to wince in pain.
At the police station, the senior officer couldn’t resist commenting when
he saw David.
“David, maybe double–check next time before filing a report?”
I grinned.
“I’m the one submitting the report. My ex–husband believes I swapped out his lubricant, which led to him and my best friend getting stuck together. They just underwent surgery at the hospital to separate them.”
As the police investigated, it turned out Timmy was the one who had switched the lubricant.
David accused me, “Amy, you’re so malicious! You must have influenced my son. He’s such a well–behaved and adorable kid.”
