Chapter 3
I heard this sentence, and I don’t know where the strength came from. I directly bit off a piece of meat from a man’s hand.
The knee kicked the other person’s nasal bone.
Taking advantage of them clutching their arms and noses in pain, I forcefully broke free from the restraints of a few people and ran out.

When I woke up again, there was only me left in the room.
The other wounds on the body had already become numb, but the fingers without nails were still hurting.
I looked at my bare fingers, trembling violently all over.

I saw Nicolas and a few other people walking out through the crack of the door.

Nicolas’s footsteps came to a halt.

I shook my head desperately, trying to show my face.

Nicolas’s gaze lingered on my face for a second, as if afraid of getting dirty, before he averted his eyes.
“Hurry up and deal with it.”
