Chapter 21%
Silas’s POV
Silas didn’t sleep. He didn’t stop.
He kept driving maniacally, swerving left and right recklessly.
He had nothing left, only Willow.
Silas barely recognized his own reflection in the mirror. His eyes were bloodshot. His clothes were tom, and soaked with blood. He looked like a nightmare…
But none of that mattered. He would see her again. He needed her to know that he couldn’t do without her. He needed her so bad. He parked recklessly near the gates of Blood Moon territory. There was no way he would be allowed in, but that didn’t matter either.2 He climbed over the side wall like a deranged animal. He crawled through the trees, ignoring the thorns that tore through his skin.X Willow was breathtaking.
A soft white dress hugged her body like it was made just for her. Her hair was
She was glowing.
He stepped forward, and gasps echoed around.
Willow turned, and her smile faltered when she saw him.

gorgeous.
The crowd parted as Silas stumbled forward, blood–stained, disheveled and haggard!
“Willow” he croaked.
The entire crowd stared in horror!
Willow froze for a moment, but Alastair was there instantly, gripping her hand tightly and pulling her behind him.
“You’re not supposed to be here,” Alastair said sharply.
“Willow Silas repeated again, ignoring the guards rushing forward.
Alastair’s eyes didn’t blink. “You dare come to her wedding? You dare show your face again?”
“I just need to see her I need to talk to her. Just a minute. Just one-”
Warriors tackled him from behind.
He tried to resist and fight, but it was of no use. He was already weak and exhausted, and the warriors were ruthless.
Willow’s face was blank. Her hands trembled slightly, but she didn’t say a word.
Silas smiled up at her weakly. “Tm sorry for killing our babies. I–I was so wrong. Gosh, I was such a fool. I found out that Ana lied about what happened in the bathroom. So I killed Ana’s baby for making you lose yours…”
Willow flinched visibly
Alastair barked. “Get him out of here. Now”
Two of the guards picked him up and dragged him back toward the woods.
“Willow” Silas kept screaming as they dragged him away until he couldn’t see her anymore.!!
He was thrown into a dark cold dungeon, and sat there mumbling to himself for hours.
The door opened, and Silas looked up from where he sat on the cold floor. Alastair stepped into the cell slowly. He was no longer putting
on his wedding suit. There was no anger on his face, but his eyes burned with icy rage.
A shiver ran down his spine. He knew what was coming. He wondered how he never saw how dangerous Alastair really was.
“I warned you,” Alastair said, voice quiet.
Silas chuckled weakly “You did.“I
“I told you not to come near her again.”
Silas swallowed, and he closed his eyes slowly. “I just needed her to know…”
Alastair’s eyes darkened. “I warned you.”
Silas nodded. “You did.” He croaked.
Two Years Later
Willow’s POV
It had been two years
I stood on the balcony of the Alpha quarters, with one hand resting on my pregnant belly.
Alastair was in the garden, playing with a group of pack children. I could hear their laughter clearly
Everything was so peaceful
I smiled at that thought!
Earlier that morning, I passed two warriors talking by the training field. They didn’t know I was close enough to hear

“Alpha Silas disappeared after the wedding.”
“They said he killed his Beta and that woman–Ana, before the wedding. That’s where the blood from his clothes came from.“%
“Yeah. Nobody knows where he went after that. Some think he went mad.”
I didn’t say anything when I heard it. I just kept walking.
The truth was, I didn’t know what happened to Silas.
After he was dragged out of the wedding, I never saw him again. No one told me anything, and I never asked.”
Sometimes, I wondered if Alastair had something to do with it. He never mentioned it, and I never pushed because I didn’t want to know.!! What mattered was that I was safe, and I had peace now!!
I looked down at the garden again. Alastair saw me watching and waved. I smiled a little and waved back.
After everything I had gone through, I never knew I would find love and peace again, but I found it, with Alastair
I turned away from the balcony, walking slowly back into the house with my hand still on my belly.
The baby kicked, and I smiled.
I whispered, “Don’t worry, we’re safe now.”
