Fated to my twin 98

Fated to my twin 98

Chapter98

“Don’t do this!” Isaac yelled, his voice cracking. “I told you, I don’t

know anything! I was locked up when all this happened!”

“You’re still lying, Isaac. When are you going to learn your

lesson?” I snapped my head to Brian, ordering. “DO NOT STOP

UNTIL I SAY SO!”

The sound of punching and hitting filled the cell. The couple

was screaming miserably, pouring their eyes out.

I took no pleasure from it. Most of the people who knew me

would say that I was a soft person, not even capable of hurting

an animal. But just thinking about how Isaac fed that lethal

flower to my daughter and how he had hurt every single

person I loved, my rage clouded my mind.

Isaac had been walking all over me and he wasn’t even sorry

for it. Maybe because he knew I was a soft person. Well, not

anymore.

It was my fucking time to demonstrate strength.

I had to break him. I had to make him crack.

Chapter98

“Stop.STOP!!!” Isaac cried out, his eyes wide with tears. “This is

enough! I’m begging you…”

“I get to say when it’s enough. And what did I say about begging? Not very helpful.” I said softly, my voice just above a

whisper. “You want me to stop? You want me to let your foster

parents go, Isaac? Then tell me where Asher is. Tell me who did

this to him.”

“OK.OK! I–I’ll tell you! Just make it stop!” he roared, bursting into

tears.

I gestured Brian to stop and waited for him to tell me. I could

not imagine anything that could hurt Asher. The only

explanation was magic. But what kind of magic?

Yet Isaac’s following words were nothing I had guessed before.

“It’s your brother, Michael. He killed Asher.“”

Violet’s POV

IMPOSSIBLE!!!

My heart stopped for a moment, my world crashing down.

Michael? My brother Michael?!!

Chapter98

Yes he was impulsive, hotheaded, but he was also the kindest

person I knew! He was the first person to open his arms for me

when I came back home after 5 years. He would never harm

Asher. There was no reason for him to.

This was a trick.

A fucking lie..

Isaac was weaving some kind of twisted web again! I wouldn’t

be caught in it.

“No..” I gritted, my body shaking as I glared at him. “NO! You are

lying. Fucking lying! You think I’ll buy your fucking lie? NO

WAY!”

He grinned. He seemed to love how much in pain I was. The

moment he saw the disbelief in my eyes, he began laughing, his

voice high–pitched and mocking, as though my heart was the

joke.

“You do wish that it is a lie, don’t you? But sorry it’s not. I’m

telling every bit of the truth, just like what you asked of

me.God you should see your face! Just a minute ago, you were

torturing my parents with such glee. But now… now you’re

realizing what it’s like to feel pain, aren’t you?”

Chapter98

“SHUT UP! STOP-

“Your dear brother, Michael, is the one who killed your

precious Asher. Isn’t it ironic? Hilarious, even?”

His words were poison. I tried to cover my ears. But I could still

hear his obnoxious voice!

Every part of me screamed that this couldn’t be true. Michael

had always been loyal to Asher, to our family.

He would never–never–do something like this.

Isaac was the liar here, not Michael.

I clenched my fists, fury boiling over. “No, I don’t believe a word

that comes out of your mouth. This is your game, your twisted

lies! You’re trying to make me doubt everything, but I won’t let

you win!”

Isaac’s laughter only grew louder, “You really don’t get it, do

you? You’re so desperate for the truth that you’re willing to

believe whatever fits your pretty little fantasy. But this is the

truth, Violet. Your brother is a murderer. He killed your

husband. You said you had nothing to lose when you came in

here. But innocent you.this is just the beginning!”

Chapter98

I could feel my whole world collapsing around me. It hurt too

much. I couldn’t take it.

“Michael would never do this! Never!” I hissed, “If you don’t tell

me the truth, I’m going to break your parent’s legs this time!”

Isaac leaned forward, his face twisted in a mix of satisfaction

and cruelty. “You can kill them if you want but that is still the

truthNothing can change the fact that Asher’s dead, and your brother killed him. And I… I’m the one who gets to watch you

squirm.”

I wanted to tear his chest open. To strangle him. To make him die in despair.

But then Brian’s voice cut through the chaos.

“Queen Violet, they’ve come back!” he said urgently. “Jayden

and the others… They want to see you.”
