The drive to one of my favorite bars seensed longer than the time I had to wait for Lorraine to be brought to me. Her crude response to my question yesterday was startling, but maybe she wasn’t the angel I thought her to be
As I waltzed in, I saw my friends, yelling at me to come over. A smile stretched on my lips as headed over to their spot and sank onto the seat they had reserved for me.
Liam stretched his hand for a warm handshake. “It’s been a long time, buddy. You are filling out so well.” He said with a New York accent..
“What can I do?” I chuckled and greeted Blake as well who was more focused on his bottle of rum.
It’s been a while since we met after a few years of being away from each other. I’d drowned myself in work and it wasn’t until today that they forced me to come over for a reunion which I eagerly accepted.

Liam shrugged and was about to reply when he caught the sight of a beautiful lady who walked past us with a handsome young man. He palmed. his hands flirtatiously and ruffled his hair while making a loud whistle.
I shook my head in amusement. “Come on, man. She’s not alone.”
“It doesn’t matter, Dexter. He replied, his ewes still trained on both of them.
“What does?” I asked, looking at Blake for help but his lips stayed glued to each other.
He got up to his feet, pushing his seat behind him. “What matters is that I’m going to have that girl in my bed tonight, you can’t even begin to imagine how hard I’m going to spank her. He brushed her while passing and I could see the lady making uncomfortable movements.
A few moments later, she got up as well and headed in the same direction he went. “Women” I muttered in irritation.
Remembering what happened between Lorraine and I last night and seeing that woman go after Liam, I got more disgusted by the fact that most women their days were unreliable, including the one people thought were perfect.
“I saw Lorraine recently.” Blake commented, my heart skipping a beat.
How could he have seen her? “Where did you see her!” My voice was chill but filled with nervousness.
Let it not be that she is still meeting with them.
“On TV. She’s more beautiful and hotter since high school, I can’t believe she’s silly bold and confident after what she did.” Blake cackled, scrolling through his phone
If he had seen the devious glare on my face, his mouth would have stopped running. I didn’t need to ask more questions because I understand how Lorraine showed up on the television

My tightly cinched fist met with his check, causing him to ship out of his chair, his ass connecting with the floor with a loud thud that elicited gasps from the customers around.
Enveloped with rage, 1 lurched at luns, throwing more punches at his face until I felt strong arms pulling me away from him. “I won’t say it again, Blake. Don’t ever talk about Lorraine in such a manner! Whatever I do with her and about her is none of your business!” I barked at him, ignoring the uguries I’d caused his face.

I couldn’t believe I just fought with my friend over a woman who was undeserving of my care and love. The urge to defend her was still there and inasmuch as I acted on my feelings earlier, 1 began to regret it.
My anger was still simmering no matter how much I tried so I scrolled through my phone and called one of my friends
“Meet me at the usual place.” I ordered and ended the call.
The door of the hotel room I’d booked pushed open, with a lady troning in. She looked beautiful and sexy as usual, her dress was just as provocative as I wanted.
