Chapter 30
Grayson’s rage erupted like a volcano that had been dormant for too long. His control completely shattered as he saw Ethan trying to drag me away.
His fists connected with Ethan’s body in a relentless barrage. Each punch carried the absolute power of the Alpha King, delivered with surgical precision and devastating force.
Ethan’s screams echoed throughout the hall, bouncing off the stone walls. But there was nc mercy in Grayson’s assault.
“You dare to drug my Queen?” Grayson’s voice was filled with murderous intent, his eyes flashing with blood–red light. “You dare to touch her after everything you’ve done?”
His words came out between punches, each syllable punctuated by another blow.
Ethan tried desperately to shift into his wolf form to escape the brutal beating. But Grayson was faster and stronger.
Before Ethan could complete his transformation, Grayson’s hand shot out and grabbed his spine With one powerful twist, I heard the sickening sound of bones breaking.
Ethan’s scream was unlike anything I had ever heard before. It was the sound of absolute agony and despair combined.
His wolf was permanently damaged in that moment. I could sense it through the pack bond – his ability to transform had been completely destroyed.
The powerful Alpha presence that had once defined Ethan vanished instantly. I watched in fascination as he rapidly weakened, his status plummeting from Alpha to the lowest Omega
rank.
For any werewolf, this was a fate worse than death. To lose one’s wolf was to lose everything that made them whole.
‘No… please don’t…” Ethan begged weakly, his voice barely a whisper. “I can’t live without my
wolf…”
But there was no mercy in Grayson’s ice–blue eyes. Only cold justice.
‘You should have thought of that before you betrayed your mate and conspired with rogues,” Grayson said with deadly calm.
After dealing with Ethan’s broken form, Grayson turned his attention to Scarlett. She was still huddled in the corner where his kick had thrown her, trembling like a leaf.
Her eyes were wide with absolute terror as she realized what was coming.
‘Take her away,” Grayson commanded the guards who had rushed into the room. “Burn her with silver fire until her wolf is completely destroyed.”
The guards immediately stepped forward to grab Scarlett’s arms. She began screaming hysterically as they dragged her from the room.
‘Please! I’m sorry! I didn’t mean for any of this to happen!” she sobbed desperately.
But her pleas fell on deaf ears. Justice had been too long delayed.
Scarlett’s screams gradually faded as they took her to the punishment chambers. Soon they

were replaced by the distinctive sizzling sound of silver fire.
Silver fire was the most agonizing torture possible for werewolves. It slowly burned away the connection between human and wolf, destroying the victim’s ability to transform forever.
The sound made my skin crawl, but I felt no sympathy for her fate.
“From today forward,” Grayson’s voice carried throughout the entire pack with royal authority “Ethan Stone and Scarlett are permanently exiled from all pack territories.”
His proclamation continued with the weight of absolute law.
“No pack may offer them shelter or aid. Any who violate this decree will face direct sanctions from the Royal Territory.”
The finality of his words sent a clear message to everyone present. This was not just punishment – it was complete erasure from werewolf society.
After dealing with both conspirators, Grayson walked quickly toward me. The effects of whateve drug they had used were intensifying.
My entire body felt like it was burning from the inside out. My consciousness was becoming increasingly hazy and unfocused.
I could only lean back against the chair, gasping for breath as waves of heat washed over me. Grayson’s strong arms lifted me gently from the chair. His touch was careful and protective despite his own obvious struggle with the drug’s effects.
He carried me swiftly to our private chambers, his breathing becoming more labored with each
step.
In the room, the drug’s influence reached its peak intensity. My wolf was restless and agitated inside me, creating sensations I had never experienced before.
An unprecedented need made my entire body tremble uncontrollably.
Grayson was clearly more resistant to the drug’s effects than I was, but he was still obviously affected. His breathing had become rapid and shallow, and his silver eyes burned with barely contained desire.
He carefully placed me on the bed, and despite his wolf’s obvious demands, he still fought to maintain his rational mind.
‘Emma,” his voice became hoarse from the effort of restraint, “this drug… this isn’t how I wanted things to happen between us. Are you sure about this?”
Even in his compromised state, even with desire clearly burning through his system, he was still putting my consent and feelings first.
This consideration touched something deep in my heart. This was the fundamental difference between Grayson and Ethan.
Even under the most intense pressure and desire, Grayson still prioritized my wellbeing above his own needs.
I reached out with trembling hands and gently touched his muscular chest. I could feel the tension in his body, the way he was fighting to control himself for my sake.
“I do want this, Grayson,” I whispered, my voice barely audible but filled with certainty. “I want

you… only you.”
Hearing my clear response, the last trace of rational restraint in Grayson’s eyes finally disappeared.
He leaned down and captured my lips in a kiss that held years of suppressed passion and infinite tenderness.
His movements were gentle despite the urgency I could feel in his touch.
That night, under the soft witness of moonlight streaming through our windows, we finally belonged to each other completely.
