Raelynn Elway had shared countless passionate moments with Kendrick Reece–in secluded corners of the office, quiet hallways, and even outdoors. Each time, her soft pleas urged him closer, craving more of his touch.
But tonight was different. Beneath his weight, her voice broke, rough and strained, “No!”
Kendrick’s hands, once tender and familiar, now felt unyielding and cold, as though every shared moment between them had been erased.
“No?” he scoffed, a bitter smile tugging at his lips. “Have you forgotten how you used to leave your shirt half–open while handing me coffee, pressing closer than necessary?
“Or how you’d hike up your skirt and settle into my lap whenever you arrived early in my office?”
“And now you say no? Is this little act for your bedridden father’s sake?” His eyes darkened.
As he said that, Kendrick simply dragged Raelynn, who was naked and had his hands tied with a tie, to the desk. The elderly man sitting in a wheelchair in front of the desk tilted his head, trembled all over, and his eyes were wide open!
His mouth was crooked, drooling, and his face was red. He wanted to express himself, but he could only make a “woo–woo” sound.
Raelynn wanted to run, but Kendrick pressed her down in front of the desk in an instant and entered from behind her forcefully.
Raelynn wanted to jump off the building and die immediately!
This was in front of her father!
Kendrick looked at the elderly man in the wheelchair. “Lewis, look, your daughter, the only daughter in your life, is being f*cked by me. Not only that, but she has been my lover since she was in her first year of college. Whenever I want, I just call her, and she will rush over to take off her clothes and do as I please!”
All Lewis Elway could do was let out a soft “woo–woo!” sound.
Raelynn’s voice was already rough. The man who had held her down and called her “honey” the day before was now acting completely different.
She was unable to come to terms with it right away.
“Kendrick! You can’t do this to me!”
“Is that so?” Kendrick’s hand tightened into a fist, forcefully pressing into the woman beneath him. “Lewis, my mom was tricked by you. She left her husband and son. How did you speak of her in the end? You called her sl*t, even though it was you who drove her to the sea, and then claimed she took her own life because of you!
“Your precious daughter is the sl’t. I bankrupted your company and never even said I wanted to marry her, but she’s already dying on me every day. Haha, she’ll use her mouth if I want her to. She’s the sl’ttiest in the world!
Tears flowed down Lewis‘ cheeks as he attempted to rise, only to collapse back onto the ground.
Raelynn had never realized the deep resentment between Kendrick and her father.
What did the past decade really mean?
Back in junior high, the Elways had fallen into ruin and bankruptcy. In her first year of college, she met Kendrick Reece, who was four years older than her, and he had always looked after her.
During her freshman year, she ended up sleeping with him, and after that, he treated her like royalty. From her college internship at the Reece Group, he never once brought up the idea of marrying her.

She knew that her family had gone bankrupt and that she had no support from her own relatives. To become Kendrick’s woman, she needed to prove herself worthy. So, she pushed herself to become better, hoping one day she would be good enough for him.
She had loved him for ten years! A full decade!
Raelynn’s heart ached so much it felt like it was shaking. “Kendrick! Why did you lie to me? Why?”
Her sobs were full of sorrow and despair.
He scoffed, “Why? Because Lewis, that monster who deserves to rot in hell, only has you as his precious daughter. He forced my mom into the sea, so I made sure his daughter would suffer. Isn’t that justice?”
Raelynn laughed, then cried.
For the man she had loved for ten years, in the end, all he wanted was for her to feel the pain and heartbreak of their love falling apart.
It was not just suffering. It was agony, worse than being stuck in an impossible situation.
Raelynn never imagined that as her father, deeply affected, was rushed to the ICU, she would suddenly receive a court
summons.
