After Rafael left, I still felt unsettled and confused inside.
I called my brother Enrique to ask about Lawrence’s love life over the past few years.
“He’s always been single,” he answered firmly. “Totally focused on his career. At most, he just drinks with some buddies. Honestly, I even suspected he might be gay.“}

“What is it?” I asked, while taking some company documents from my assistant.
“You’ll know when the time comes. I have to go now, things are busy here.”
I didn’t overthink it. “Okay, bye.“}
“Bye.” His call ended with a cryptic chuckle.}
I threw myself into work. Even though I wasn’t required to manage the company, I had to adapt quickly to the new environment. Most importantly, I needed to focus on designing my wedding.”

Seeing the madness in Dawson’s eyes, Elise stopped crying, terrified beyond anything she’d ever felt.”
She tried to retreat and escape, but the bodyguards quickly grabbed her.
“Sell her overseas. That underground dark web is known for trafficking sluts like her. If you’re interested, you can try her out first.” Without even looking at her desperate pleas, Dawson gave the order.”
