The next second, Benson lowered his voice. “My flight lands at ten in the morning. Hurry to the airport to pick me up. Ah. the flight attendant’s coming. I’m hanging up!”
Natalie was speechless. She was all too familiar with Benson’s overly dramatic antics. She glanced at the time, skipped having breakfast, and left after quickly changing her clothes.

At least Gavin could be quite reliable sometimes. He had left the car for Natalie when he left yesterday. The drive from the apartment to the airport took about forty minutes. By the time Natalie arrived, Benson’s flight had already landed.
Seeing the love–themed light boards and pink heart–shaped balloons at the arrival hall, Natalie remembered that Benson was currently the hottest celebrity in Cathay
“Benson’s coming out!” someone shouted in the crowd..
“Benson Gray. I love you!”
“Honey, I’m here to take you home!”
A huge group of fans crowded the arrival hall, and screamed wildly at Benson’s arrival. All cameras from the press were aimed at Benson, and the sound of shutters was nonstop.
Natalie looked at the densely packed crowd, feeling both helpless and frustrated. She pressed down the brim of her baseball cap. To avoid being recognized, she wore a black leather jacket and paired it with faded, ripped skinny jeans. She finished the look with black stilettos, giving her a wild vibe. With the entire Internet against her, the last thing she wanted was to stick out.
Just as Natalie was about to leave, a surprised voice called out from behind her.
“Hey! I’m finally here. Why are you running away from me?” Benson pushed through the crowd of fans and grabbed the collar of Natalie’s jacket. “What are you doing? Didn’t you hear me calling for you?”
Fans and the press alike were deeply shocked by Benson’s actions. Why was he so particularly drawn to one random woman?
Natalie suddenly had a bad feeling about this. Sure enough, the fans screamed at her as they surged forward and the press. snapped pictures frantically. Microphones were thrust toward Benson, with the journalists asking who the young lady was.
“She’s my sweetheart Benson blinked his charming eyes, casually wrapping his arm around Natalie’s slim shoulder and posing for the press. He shone in his trendy hoodie, with his short purple–red hair tied into a stylish bun on top of his head. On his face was a pair of electrifying eyes, a tall and delicate nose bridge and slightly pouting yet luscious lips. When Benson smiled at the camera, he revealed a small tooth playfully jutting out. He looked both impish and endearing.
Benson’s fans fell into another frenzy seeing him posing for photos. Wave after wave of screams bombarded Natalie’s ears.
Natalie lowered her head, wishing she could dig a hole in the ground to hide. She gave Benson a hard shove and walked off alone, ignoring the crowd’s gaze. She turned around and said to Benson, “Are you coming or not?”
Benson chased after her, shouting, “Wait for me!”
“Hey, didn’t that girl just now look like… Natalie Miller… someone among the fans exclaimed.
Another fan replied, “No way. That cool lady just now couldn’t possibly be that lowlife, Natalie. Even if Benson went blind, he wouldn’t chase after her
Meanwhile, Hubert, who had always been dedicated to his company and on time to work, was astonishingly late to work today. “Mr. Lawson, do you need to visit the hospital?”
When Dylan, seated in the front passenger seat, turned to look at him, Hubert was rubbing his temples. “No need. Head straight to the Lawson Building
The car drove past the bustling streets of Tornham, where the large mall screens were displaying photos of a celebrity being enthusiastically welcomed by fans at the airport.
