Exactly two months had passed since my one–night stand, and my life had already taken a turn for the better. With the last of any savings, I managed to move to Stanford and get a job as waitress in a large chain restaurant. The pay was decent and was a good start.
While at Stanford, I met Bella Jackson, I and Gelena’s friend from the blue moon pack. I wasn’t very pleased to see her, but she seemed shocked to find me at Stanford, wondering why Luna was working at a restaurant. It was evening, and it had been an extremely stressful day at the restaurant.
